Practice Guidelines

Initial Meeting

I offer a 15-20 min initial meeting at no charge to give you a chance to meet me and ask questions about my approach and training so you can decide if I am the right fit for you.
Sessions

Sessions are 50 minutes. I combine talk therapy with a variety of different somatic based interventions.
Assessment

Assessment appointments are 2-3 hours. Reports are ready within 1-2 weeks.
Appointments

Therapy requires commitment to attend regular sessions. I will do my best to provide you with a regular appointment time. Appointments are weekly or biweekly.

Social work is a regulated health profession. My licensing body is the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OASWSSW). The role of the OASWSSW is to ensure professional and ethical service delivery. I am also a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW).
